Jeera futures prices gained Rs 101 to Rs 13,406 per quintal today on buying by traders on hopes of a rise in demand in spot market.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, jeera for delivery in June gained Rs 101, or 0.76%, to Rs 13,406 per quintal, with an open interest of 3,720 lots.
