Jeera futures prices rose by Rs 87, or 0.49%, to Rs 16,905 per quintal today as speculators enlarged positions, driven by estimates of low output and diminishing stocks.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, Jeera for delivery in June rose by Rs 87, or 0.49%, to Rs 16,905 per quintal, with an open interest of 3,483 lots.
