Shares of Jet Airways were down over 1% at Rs 438 on reports that the airline plans to submit a revised deal on Etihad Airways' stake buy in the domestic airline.
Naresh Goyal-promoted Jet Airways, which is awaiting regulatory approvals to divest 24% stake to the Gulf-based Etihad Airways, is likely to submit a revised deal to the Foreign Investment Promotion Board shortly, sources said.
The stock opened at Rs 446.35 and touched an intra-day high of Rs 452.70 and a low of Rs 436.10.
Over 346,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges so far.
