Just Dial rises on robust Q4 performance

Net profit for the March quarter increased nearly 60% to Rs 34.15 crore

Shares of Just Dial were up nearly 3% at Rs 1,136 after the company announced robust performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2013.

Net profit for the March quarter increased nearly 60% to Rs 34.15 crore compared with Rs 21.37 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

Income from operations for the March quarter increased 26.4% to Rs 124.21 crore compared with Rs 98.27 crore in the same quarter last year.

For the year ended March 31, 2014 net profit increased 76.1% to Rs 120.61 crore compared with Rs 68.48 crore in the previous fiscal.

Income from operations for the year was higher by 27% to Rs 461.29 crore compared with Rs 362.77 crore in the previous fiscal.
 

Further, the board has recommended a divided of Rs 2/- per equity share of the company of face value Rs 10 each.
