Jyoti Structures climbs on securing Rs 582 crore worth orders

The company received orders worth Rs 582 crore for transmission line projects

Shares of Jyoti Structures have gained nearly 8.5% to Rs 35 on the BSE after it received orders worth Rs 582 crore for transmission line projects. 

"Gulf Jyoti International LLC Dubai, a joint venture of Jyoti Structures Ltd and Gulf Investment Corporation of Kuwait have recently secured several prestigious export and domestic orders for transmission lines," Jyoti Structures said in a statement. 

The projects include Rs 310 crore order for 400 kv transmission line project in Sultanate of Oman, Rs 32 crore 400 kv transmission.

The stock opened at Rs 36 and touched a high of Rs 37 on the BSE. A total of 197,713 shares have changed hands on the BSE so far.
