Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) has rallied 12% to Rs 56, extending its previous day’s 3% gain, after the company said it has garnered three large value projects each of around Rs 200 crore from Railways in the second half of the last year.
“The company's bid for Rs 246 crore with Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, New Delhi under Ministry of Railways, New Delhi has been successful due to being lowest bidder,” Kalindee Rail Nirman said in a statement.
The company has also bagged a high value order of Rs 166 crore from Kolkata Metro. Presently order position in the company is highly comfortable, it added.
The stock opened at Rs 50 and hit a high of Rs 56.20 on BSE. A combined 899,876 shares changed hands on the counter so far on BSE and NSE.
