The Sensex is likely to open with a positive gap of 100-odd points following positive cues from the global markets.
The index is likely to exhibit firm trend, as long as it stays above 13,500-level today. On the upside, the index may spurt to its weekly resistance level of 13,900 in day or two.
The NSE Nifty may face resistance around 4,005-4,025, above which the index may rally up to 4,200 in the next couple of days. In case of downmove, the index may slip to 3,940-3,920.
