L&T GDR up 2.56%

ADR/GDR ROUND-UP

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was down 0.63 per cent to 1354.54 in early morning trades. Among ISDI GDR stocks, two advanced and five lost ground.

The gainers were L&T up 2.56 per cent to $29.20 and Bajaj Auto up 0.22 per cent to $32.00 . The major losers were State Bank of India down 4.38 per cent to $41.50, ITC down 2.21 per cent to $39.00 and Hindalco down 1.10 per cent to $28.68.

In yesterday's trade, among ISDI ADR stocks, five advanced and three lost ground. The major gainers were VSNL up 2.13 per cent to $16.33, HDFC Bank up 1.72 per cent to $48.47 and Dr.Reddy's up 0.4 per cent to $17.44.

The losers were Infosys down 1.52 per cent to $69.92, ICICI Bank down 0.13 per cent to $23.97 and Satyam down 0.11 per cent to $27.40.

The Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 0.26 per cent to 1356.52 and was trading at a P/E of 21.58.
