L&T GDR UP 4.44 per cent

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was up 0.02 per cent to 1198.28 in the early morning trades in London on Friday. Among the ISDI GDR stocks, 5 advanced, 1 lost ground and 1 remained unchanged.

The major gainers were L&T, up 4.44 per cent to $23.50, Reliance was up 3.41 per cent to $26.10 and Ranbaxy gained 3.40 per cent to $27.40. The only loser was ITC, down 0.17 per cent to $29.15.

The Instanex Skindia DR Index was up 0.67 per cent to 1192.55 on Thursday and was trading at a profit to earning ratio of 20.8 (down 0.06 per cent).

Among the ISDI ADRs, two ADRs advanced and six ADRs lost ground on Thursday. The major gainers were Dr. Reddy's, gaining 3.41 per cent to $18.52 and HDFC Bank, up 1.32 per cent to $42.30.
