Lacklustre Day: DLF drops 3%

The market is exhibiting lacklustre movement, and the Sensex is now down 65 points at 14,231.

Hindalco is trading at Rs 125, down over 10%, on the back of ex-rights adjustment.

DLF has shed 2.5% at Rs 466. HDFC Bank, BHEL and ICICI Bank have slipped over 1% each to Rs 1,218, Rs 1,661 and Rs 641, respectively.

Larsen & Toubro, SBI and Reliance Infrastructure have also dropped over 1% each to Rs 2,549, Rs 1,317 and Rs 956, respectively.

TCS and Hindustan Unilever are down almost 1% each at Rs 811 and Rs 244, respectively.

Bharti Airtel has moved up 1.4% to Rs 815.

 

ACC, Tata Power, Wipro and Sterlite have advanced over 1% each to Rs 565, Rs 1,023, Rs 430 and Rs 619, respectively.

The market breadth is negative - out of 2,383 stocks traded so far, 1,319 have declined, 964 have advanced and 100 are unchanged.
