The chemicals market was stagnant all through last week with very little price variation, reflecting poor demand. Supplies were reasonably good for most chemicals, not allowing prices to move, said traders.

Citric acid continued to remain inactive through the last week range bound between Rs 3000 and Rs 3100 per tonne.

Caustic soda flakes also remained steady at Rs 695 per 50 kgs.

Menthol flakes slightly firmed up at Rs 383 from last week
