The stocks of companies engaged in aluminium production fell in the last three months on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), following the international trend of subdued aluminium prices.
 
The share price of Hindalco nosedived from Rs 1336.95 on February 18, to today's close of Rs 925.70, down 74.65 per cent on the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE).
 
During the same period the stock price of National Aluminium Company (NALCO) decreased from Rs 181.00 to Rs 110.85 down 38.75 per cent and Madras Aluminium (MALCO) fell from Rs 146.65 to Rs 112.90, down 23.01 per cent.
