Low density polymer declines on reduced offtake

In restricted activity, low density polymer prices declined by Rs 0.50 per kg in the local plastic market today due to reduced offtake by plastic bag makers.

Marketmen said reduced offtake by plastic bag makers against adequate supply led to a decline in low density polymer prices.

LD No 40 and LD No 400 were traded lower by Rs 0.50 each to Rs 93.00 and Rs 95.00 per kg.
