Low density polymer down on reduced offtake

In restricted activity, low density polymer prices traded marginally lower by paise 50 per kg in the local plastic market today, due to reduced offtake from plastic bag manufacturers against sufficient supply.

Traders said fall in demand from plastic bag makers, against adequate stocks position helped low density polymer prices to trade lower. LD No 40 and LD No 400 were down by paise 50 each to Rs 88.00 and Rs 90.00 per kg, respectively.
