In restricted activity, maize edged higher by Rs 10 per quintal in the wholesale grains market today on increased industrial offtake.

Elsewhere, prices moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.

Traders said increased industrial offtake against less arrivals mainly led to a rise in maize prices.
