The BSE barometer Sensex ended at record close high of 54,555, up 152 points or 0.28 per cent, led by gains in private lenders, IT and Bharti Airtel. Nifty50, meanwhile, eneded flat at 16,269, up 11 points or  0.07 per cent.

Food and beverage major Keventer Agro files IPO papers with Sebi

The initial public offer (IPO) comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 350 crore and an offer of sale of 10,767,664 equity shares by Mandala Swede SPV, according to draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

 

The company, in its draft papers, said that the (OFS) includes "1.53 crore compulsory convertible preference shares, which will be converted up to a maximum of 91.51 lakh shares prior to the filing of the red herring prospectus with the RoC, solely for the purpose of the offer". READ MORE

Mid-, small-cap stocks under pressure; 24 stocks freeze at lower circuits

Shares of mid and small-cap companies came under pressure on Tuesday, falling by up to 18 per cent on the BSE amid profit booking. At 02:04 pm, the S&P BSE Midcap index and the S&P BSE Smallcap index were down 1 per cent and 2 per cent, respectively. Dynamatic Technologies zooms 20% as 4% equity changes hands via block deal

At 09:19 am, around 263,471 equity shares, representing a 4.15 per cent stake of Dynamatic Technologies changed hands via block deal on the BSE, the exchange data shows. The name of the buyer and seller were not ascertained immediately.

 

Meanwhile, till 12:41 pm, a combined 619,362 equity shares or 9.71 per cent of the total equity of the company had changed hands on the BSE and NSE. There were pending buy orders for 47,463 shares on both the exchanges, the data shows. READ MORE
