Markets continue subdued trades

Markets have continue to trade on a subdued note even as realty and auto stocks have gained.

The Sensex is up 13 points at 18,251. Nifty is trading flat at 5,486.

BSE realty index is up 1.2% at 3,488. Auto and healthcare indices are up around 1% each.

Hero Honda is the top gainer among Sensex stocks. The stock has jumped 2.2% at Rs 1,728.

Bharti Airtel has gained 1.8% at Rs 340. Mahindra & Mahindra and Reliance Infrastructure have added 1.5% each to Rs 637 and Rs 1,029, respectively.

DLF, ONGC, Cipla and Infosys are some of the other gainers today.

On the other hand, Jaiprakash Associates and Jindal Steel have dropped 1.2% each to Rs 113 and Rs 689, respectively.

Sterlite, reliance, ITC and Wipro are some of the other losers in the index today.

BSE market breadth is fairly positive. Out of 2,991 stcks traded, 1,727 have advanced while 1,168 have declined.
