Non-ferrous metals eased in domestic trade, as London Metals Exchange (LME) cooled down over the last week.
 
The benchmark three-month LME copper closed at $2,759.50/2,760 and nickel at $12,680/12,700. Aluminium closed at $1,704.50/1,705.
 
In the domestic market, nickel cathodes closed at Rs 730 per kilogram on Friday, down from last Monday's close of Rs 748.
 
Copper wire bars closed at Rs 185 up by Rs 1 from last week. Copper heavy scraps remained flat for the third week in a row and closed down by a rupee at Rs 164.
 
Copper utensil scraps displayed a fairly stable trend with prices rising to Rs 144 from Rs 143 last week.
 
Brass utensil scraps displayed the same trend as well and closed at Rs 108. Its price fell to Rs 106 before climbing again.
 
Brass sheet cutting closed at Rs 117, unchanged over the week. Aluminium utensil scraps and lead ingots closed steady at Rs 82.50 and Rs 54.50 respectively.
 
Aluminium ingots closed at Rs 99. Zinc slabs closed at Rs 68 from last week's Rs 67. Tin slabs slid to Rs 528 from last week's Rs 530.
 
Copper light scraps closed at Rs 161 from Rs 163. Copper sheet cutting eased Rs 153 from Rs 156. Copper armature gained a rupee at Rs 155.
