  • Prices of long term papers fell by 20-25 paise, while the mid-segment saw prices going down by 10-15 paise.

    Market Sentiment: Dull

  • In wake of a weak dollar, the rupee opened at 45.80-83 and went up to 45.7950 before closing around 45.80/81.
  • Forward premiums came down with six month and one year closing at 1.34 per cent and 1.37 per cent.

    The rupee is expected to open at 45.80/82 to a dollar today.
