Markets continue to trade in the negative zone.
The Sensex is at 19,963 down 38 points and Nifty is lower by 14 points at 5995.
The broader markets are trading lower. Mid-cap index is down 7 points at 8071 and Small-cap index is at 10,170 lower by 6 points.
The BSE 500 market breadth is negative as 278 stocks are declining and 214 stocks are advancing.
Among the Mid-caps Sirgun Holdings continues to be the top loser followed by Brigade Enterprises, Ispat Industries and Escorts. Resurgere Mines and Minerals, Gallant Metal and Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation are the top losers among the Smal-caps
The Capital Goods index is the top loser among the key indices down 135 points at 15,740, followed by IT, Tech, Realty, Oil & Gas and Bankex.
Maruti Suzuki continues to lead the Sensex charts the stock is trading at 1448 up up 2.5% followed by Wipro and Tata Steel up more than 1% each.
Larsen and Toubro is the top loser down 2.2% at Rs 1990, followed by RCom, TCS, Infosys and DLF.
