The Sensex is now down 186 points at 14,863.
Maruti has advanced 1.8% at Rs 676. Hindalco has gained 1.2% to Rs 125
Tata Power and Grasim Industries are up 0.9% each to Rs 1080 and Rs 2,021 respectively.
ICICI Bank and Infosys have advanced less than half per cent.
Sterlite has plunged 4.2% to Rs 610. HDFC has slumped 3.7% to Rs 2,355. Reliance Industries is down 3.3% to Rs 2,141.
HDFC Bank and ONGC have lost around 3% each to Rs 1,299 and Rs 1,069 respectively.
HUL, ITC, Reliance Communications, Reliance Infrastructure, DLF, Jaiprakash Associates and NTPC are the other losers.
