Masoor, its dal down on lack of buying support

Amid lack of buying support and adequate stocks position, masoor and its dal prices fell by Rs 100 per quintal in the wholesale pulses market today.

In the national capital, masoor small and bold prices declined by Rs 100 each to Rs 2,600-2,800 and Rs 2,750-3,000, respectively, while its dal best quality traded lower by the same margin to Rs 3,400-3,700 per quintal.

Following are today's quotations per quintal: 

Urad 3,830-4,230, Urad chilka (local) 4,680-5,080, best 5,300-5,800, Dhoya 5,150-5,250, Moong 3,950-4,950, Dal moong chilka local 4,970-5,370, Moong Dhoya local 5,300-5,500 and best quality 5,900-6,100

Masoor small 2,600-2,800, bold 2,750-3,000, Dal Masoor local 3,200-3,300, best quality 3,400-3,700, Malka local 3,300-3,350, best 3,450-3,550, Moth 1,600-1,900, Arhar 3,150-3,650, dal arhar dara 4,750-5,150

 

Gram 2,675-2,700, gram dal (local) 3,175-3,190, best quality 3,350-3,475, besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,350, Rajdhani 1,350, Rajmah chitra Pune 4,000-4,400, China 4,100-4,300, red 4,300-4,400
