MCX receives national status

 The exchange has geared up to offer trading in over 200 commodities which includes bullion, agro commodities, non ferrous metals, oil, weather, energy, petro, soft commodities, milk products.

 The notification to this effect has been issued by Union ministry of consumer affairs, food and public distribution.
