The board of UTI Trustee Company will be meeting on August 30 to consider declaration of dividend for Mastershare to all such unitholders who continue to be in the books as on September 18. The book closure period for the same will be September 19-25 (both days inclusive).
Other details, including the rate of dividend shall be announced on August 30 or September 1. Further, Mastershare will become open-ended from September 12 and the exit option at net asset value (NAV) will be available from August 13 to September 11.
With the scheme becoming open-ended, existing investors will get an opportunity to invest more, while new investors can get an opportunity to share wealth from the country
