Mentha oil prices fell by Rs 3.60 to Rs 837.90 per kg in futures trade today after participants reduced exposures amid supply pressure in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, mentha oil for delivery in October fell by Rs 3.60, or 0.42%, to Rs 837.90 per kg, with a business turnover of Rs 67 lots.
Similarly, oil for delivery in November declined by Rs 2.90, or 0.33%, to Rs 851.60 per kg in 132 lots.
