Mentha oil futures for March rose by Rs 4.20, or 0.39% to Rs 1,094.10 per kg in 411 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the April contract edged up by Rs 1.40, or 0.13% to Rs 1,087.50 per kg in 554 lots.
Prices rose as speculators created fresh positions, supported by firm spot market demand.
Lower arrivals from from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh, mainly helped mentha oil futures trades.
