Menthol prices rose by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today on buying support from the pharmaceutical units.
Tight stocks position following fall in supplies from producing belts also influenced the prices.
Menthol bold crystal,menthol flake and mentha oil prices rose by Rs 5 each to Rs 870, Rs 830 and Rs 780 per kg, respectively.
Marketmen said fresh buying support from pharma and other consuming industries, mainly supported the upside in the prices.
