Moong and its dal prices declined up to Rs 100 per quintal in the steady wholesale pulses market today.
Marketmen said subdued demand at prevailing levels against adequate stocks helped wholesale moong and its dal prices to decline.
In the national capital, moong Maharashtra and its dal chilka local declined by Rs 50 and Rs 100 to Rs 6,400-6,700 and Rs 7,000-7,400, while moong dal dhoya local and best quality lost Rs 200 each to Rs 7,100-7,300 and Rs 7,700-7,900 per quintal.
