Moong dal down

The price of moong dal moved down and all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.

Moong dal declined by Rs 100 to Rs 6,400 from yesterday's rate of Rs 6,500.

Toor dal, urad dal, gram dal, sugar, wheat, maida and sooji traded at their yesterday's level.

Following are the today's rates per quintal:

Toor dal Rs 6,000, urad dal Rs 5,900, moong dal Rs 6,400, gram dal Rs 3,050

sugar Rs 3,070, wheat Rs 1,900, maida (90 kg) Rs 1,750 and sooji (90 kg) Rs 1,900
