In restricted activity, moong and its dal prices fell up to Rs 200 per quintal on fall in demand at prevailing level against adequate supply.
Marketmen said fall in demand at prevailing level and sufficient supply in the market led to a fall in moong and its dal prices.
Moong lost Rs 100 to Rs 4,700-5,100, while its dal chilka local, dhoya local and best quality were down by Rs 200 each to Rs 5,500-5,900, Rs 6,000-6,200 and Rs 6,400-6,600 per quintal.
