<b>Mumbai Day After:</b> Sensex up 284pts

The Sensex is now up 284 points at 10,898.

Infosys has soared nearly 7% to Rs 3,368. TCS has surged over 6% to Rs 1,879. Wipro and Satyam have rallied over 4% each to Rs 517 and Rs 749, respectively.

Hindalco has gained 6.5% at Rs 179. Larsen & Toubro and Reliance have moved up 4% each to Rs 2,260 and Rs 1,090, respectively.

Reliance Communications has advanced 4.5% to Rs 263.

Out of 2,325 stocks traded so far, 1,174 have declined, 1,070 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
