Munjal Auto surges 10% on bonus issue plan

The company said the board will meet on May 22 to consider bonus issue proposal

Munjal Auto Industries surged 10% to Rs 110 on BSE in early morning trade after the company announced the board will consider bonus issue proposal in its meeting held on Monday, May 22.

“The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2017, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017,” Munjal Auto Industries, the company engaged in auto parts & equipment business, said in a BSE filing.

The board will also consider and recommend the final dividend,
