Nasdaq slips 12pts

The Wall Street ended lower on Friday amid disappointing earnings outlook by Dell and concerns regarding possible higher interest rates. While the Dow was marginally down (five points) at 11,115, the Nasdaq slipped 12 points to 2282.

The curde for March delivery surged $1.42 to end at $59.88 a barrel on the NYMEX.

Among Indian ADRs - VSNL plunged 3% to $17.43. ICICI Bank declined 2% to $30.50, and Satyam slipped 1.7% to $40.50. Dr.Reddy's rallied 2.3% to $28.43, and MTNL moved up 1.3% to $7.25.
