New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) has dipped 5% to Rs 87 on the BSE on profit booking after Oswal Greentech on Monday, sold part of its stake in broadcasting company through open market.
LTS Investment Fund, a foreign institutional investor, on August 29, bought 6.29 million equity shares or 9.75% in NDTV from Oswal Greentech at Rs 81 per share aggregating to Rs 50.9 crore, as per the bulk deal data on the BSE. LINK
Oswal Greentech, engaged in the business of chemicals, fertilisers and entertainment, held 14.17% stake in NDTV as of June 30, 2016.
On Monday, the stock rallied 14% to Rs 91.65 on the BSE.
Till 01:49 pm, a combined 400,500 shares changed hands on the counter on the BSE and NSE.
