Nifty Futures At Discount

Open interest in Nifty June futures rose. However, there was no roll-over of positions to the July series.

Nifty futures continued to trade at a discount to the underlying index. Nifty June futures gained 18.95 points to settle at 1099.80, while the National Stock Exchange S&P CNX Nifty index settled at 1100.25.

Nifty July futures added 20.35 points to 1097.00. Nifty futures saw a trading volume of Rs 520.31 crore arising out of 23,930 contracts.
