Nifty Oct slips 4.30 pts

 Also, traders rolled over open position in stock futures to the next month series. October Nifty fell 4.30 points to close at 1,480.55 while the NSE S&P CNX Nifty settled at 1,481.75.

 Open interest in October series fell by 15.51 per cent (760,600 shares). While November futures, which shed 8.25 points settled at 1,479.55, added 892,800 shares (up 65.06 per cent) in open interest.
