Asian markets ended mixed today.
The Nikkei gained 135 points to close at its highest close in 10 months.
The Hang Seng rallied 404 points to 20,899. The index ended at an 11-month closing high as early losses were erased by strong buying in China Mobile on speculation that the company was on track to list in Shanghai.
The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite gained marginally (5.5 points each) to settle at 2,612 and 1,565, respectively.
The Taiwan Weighted advanced 20 points to 6,868.
The Shanghai Composite, however, declined 72 points to close at 3,356.

The Asian markets have managed to erase most of its losses.
The Hang Seng has added 99 points to 20,595. The Nikkei has advanced 164 points (1.5%) to 10,416.
The Shanghai Composite has slipped 55 points (2%) to 3,373.
The Taiwan Weighted Index has added 20 points at 6,869.
The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite are flat at 2,613 and 1,562, respectively.

Asian markets are mostly down this morning. The Hang Seng has dropped 88 points to 20,407. The Nikkei, however, has added 95 points (1%) to 10,347.

The Shanghai Composite has slumped 98 points (3%) to 3,331. The Taiwan Weighted has slipped 49 points to 6,799.
The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite are flat at 2,598 and 1,552, respectively.
