Nikkei up 128pts; Indian ADRs mixed on Friday

The Nikkei has rallied 128 points to 16,689. The Hang Seng is up 27 points at 15,744.

The Dow Jones industrail average was up 10 points at 11,280 on Friday. The Nasdaq added 13 points to 2313.

Among the Indian ADRs - Satyam and ICICI Bank up nearly 1% each were the only notable gainers at $42.34 and $28.95, respectively. Dr.Reddy's dropped 1.4% to $31.40, and Infosys was down nearly 1% at $72.43. Other ADRs ended on a flat note.
