Nirmal Bang Killed In Road Accident

Nirmal Bang, the Mumbai-based leading stock broker, died in a road accident today. The car in which he was travelling overturned at Gahunj village, near Talegaon on the Bombay-Pune Expressway.

According to the state police, the driver lost control after one of the tyres of the vehicle burst. Bang was on his way to Mumbai. Bang died on the spot, while the driver and one of his friends, who was travelling along with him, got injured.

They were rushed to the Lokmanya Tilak Hospital in Pimpri-Chinchwad, the police said. Bang was 39 years old and is survived by his wife, a five-year old son and a three-year old daughter.
