NSE to suspend trading in 10 securities from Dec 10

The companies are non-complaint with provisions of the 'listing agreement' which includes non-submission of corporate governance report

Leading bourse NSE will suspend trading in shares of 10 companies including Asian Electronics and Edserv Softsystems for not complying with various provisions of the listing pact.
 
"The equity shares of companies (10) will be suspended from trading with effect from December 10, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on December 9, 2013) until further notice ...For non-compliance with certain provisions of the Listing Agreement," NSE said in a circular.
 
The companies facing suspension include Amar Remedies, Aqua Logistics, Birla Power Solutions, First Leasing Company of India, Geodesic, KDL Biotech, Kitply Industries and KLG Systel.
 
These companies are non-complaint with provisions of the 'listing agreement' which includes non-submission of corporate governance report, failure to comply with disclosure rules related to shareholding pattern and financial results as well as reconciliation of share capital.
