Oil plunges 4%; MTNL ADR zooms 10%

The Hang Seng is down 18 points at 15,912. The Nikkei is closed today.

The Dow Jones industrail average ended almost flat at 11,275 - down five points. The Nasdaq added eight points to 2314. The US crude oil futures for April delivery slumped 3.7% ($2.35) to settle at $60.42 a barrel on the NYMEX.

The Indian ADRs ended mostly with gains. MTNL soared nearly 10% to $8.80. Wipro surged 5.7% to $14.18. VSNL has jumped over 3% to $19.20. Infosys advanced nearly 2% to $73.10.
