Kale Consultants and PSL were in the limelight as the companies announced bagging big orders. Kale Consultants scrip touched an intra-day high of Rs 37.50 before closing at Rs 36.95. |
The company made announcement that Continental Airlines has picked its product Apex TM, used for billing. The gain, however, came on thin volumes of 16,389 shares at the BSE. |
On the other hand, PSL scrip ended 3.27 per cent higher to close at Rs 96.35 after the company announced on Friday that it has won orders from the Gas Transmission Co in Bangladesh worth $9.3 million, from Korea's Hyundai Heavy Industries worth $48.5 million and Indian Oil Corp for Rs 32 crore. |
Analysts said apart from the news of these orders, the overall buoyant sentiment also helped the stocks register good gains in Monday's trading. |
