Procter and Gamble opened flat at Rs 800 this morning. It soon touched a high of Rs 811, up Rs 11.
The stock is now up Rs 4, at Rs 805.
Procter & Gamble had announced its Q3 results yesterday.
According to a release issued by the company to the BSE yesterday, the consolidated net profit surged 27% to Rs 34.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as compared to Rs 27.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
The consolidated total income increased 29% to Rs 195.6 crore for Q4FY09 as against Rs 151.8 crore for Q4FY08.
