Paper Products zooms after Indian promoter sells stake at a premium

The stocks registered its 52-week high at Rs 94.80

Paper Products jumped over 8% in noon deals on the Bombay Stock Exchange after its Indian promoters sold his entire stake which was of 3.01% in the company to its foreign partner Huhtavefa BV for Rs 190.11 per share on Friday, 21 February 2014.

The stock hit an intra-day high of Rs 94.80 which was also the 52-week high for the stock. There was a spurt in volume by more than 7.41 times.

The stock opened at Rs 87 which was the low point of the day.

At 1415 hrs, 4.71 lakh changed hands as compared to 63,000 shares traded over the last two weeks on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
