Petron powers ahead on winning new orders

Petron Engineering Construction (PECL) soared to Rs 413 before ending at Rs 400, up 6 per cent after announcing that it had received orders for setting up boiler units for two power plants in northern India.
 
PECL's net profit rose 23.8 per cent to Rs 2.55 on a 10.3 per cent growth in net sales to Rs 65.02 crore in Q2 September 2007 over Q2 September 2006. The company provides engineering and construction services for refineries and chemicals plants.
