In a slew of initiatives, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched NSE IFSC-SGX Connect and India International Bullion Exchange (IIBX) at the International Financial Service Centre (IFSC) in GIFT City Gandhinagar.

Modi also laid the foundation stone for a Rs 200 crore headquarters building of International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), and presided over the exchange of memorandums of understanding (MoUs) by IFSCA with foreign regulatory authorities and the Department of Space.
