 Grasim Industries ranked second with a delivery percentage of 72.18 per cent in the first half of FY06 (37.82 per cent in H1 of FY05), followed by HDFC Bank 70.50 per cent (58.51 per cent), Bajaj Auto 70.36 per cent (59.42 per cent) and Gujarat Ambuja Cement 59.64 per cent (38.81 per cent).  The delivery percentage in non-Sensex stocks tops at 47.11 per cent in the first half of fiscal 2006 compared to 36.94 per cent in the first half of fiscal 2005.  Total 353,91 million shares of non-Sensex stocks were taken for deliveries in H1 of FY06 compared to delivery volumes of 13,614 million shares in H1 of FY05.  Among non-Sensex stocks, over a 1,000 stocks, traded under T, Ts and Z groups, had delivery volumes of 100 per cent.  These stocks fall under trade-to-trade categories and buyers and sellers have to give and take deliveries. The delivery volume in these stocks increased by over 1,000 per cent from 465 million shares in H1 of FY05 to 5,172 million shares in H1 of FY06.
