Potato up 1.44% on high spot demand

Restricted arrivals supported the trade

Potato futures for March rose by Rs 11.40, or 1.44%, to Rs 799.20 per quintal in 173 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the April contract moved up by Rs 11.10, or 1.43%, to Rs 786.50 per quintal in 59 lots.

Increased spot demand, restricted arrivals supported the potato futures.
