The Sensex is likely to open on a weak note following the 25 bps rate hike proposed by the Bank of Japan. The index, however, has a strong support around 14,100, from where it could attempt a bounce back.

The Asian markets are rather dull. While the Nikkei has slipped 21 points to 17,918, the Hang Seng has moved up 41 points to 20,609.

The Sensex may face resistance around 14,345-14,370-14,400 levels. On the downside, the index may find support around 14,160-14,135-14,105 levels.
