Ace trader and investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, along with related individuals and entities, has acquired 6,47,234 shares in Hyderabad-based infrastructure company NCC Limited (formerly Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited), taking his total shares in the company to over 26.2 million.
After this acquisition, made along with Rare Investments, Rajeshkumar Jhunjhunwala, Sushiladevi Gupta, Clue Leasing and Finance Private Limited, Hillcroft Investments Company Private Limited and Rare Share and Stocks Private Limited through the open market on June 28, 2013, Rajesh Jhunjhunwala’s holding in NCC Limited now stands at 10.21%, from the earlier 9.96%, according to a disclosure submitted to the BSE today.
NCC Limited’s scrip is currently trading at Rs 26.60 on the BSE, down 0.19%, over the previous close of Rs 26.65 a share.
